Cranford Opticians is a family-run, independent opticians in Hounslow, London that was started by Optometrist - Nila Mehra in 1985. We are a forward-thinking practice that is always looking for new ways to improve the vision and eye health of our patients. 

 

All our frames are hand-picked, and we regularly take on new frame styles, contact lenses and services as technology advances.​ We see both NHS and private patients and some of our specialist services include treatment for dry, itchy, red, or watery eyes, as well as contact lenses and children's eyecare (including myopia control).

 

We are in a great location and have customers who work locally as well as those who travel from further afield, some also live overseas and we see them when they fly into Heathrow. We have a 30-year history based in Hounslow and were crowned Best Business for Health and Well-being 2019-2020, and Independent Business of the Year at the Hounslow Business Awards 2018. We have also been nominated for the West London Business Awards 2023 which will take place next year.

 

Our philosophy is that regular eyecare helps to maintain people’s health and well-being. As always, we will continue to offer a friendly, personal service, give time and listen to our customers and always offer the best solution for them.
