One of the reasons why we are different from other Opticians is because we give you time.
This week a mother brought in her 7 year old as the child was rubbing their eyes all the time.
Nila, our Optician, tested them and found the child didn’t need a prescription for glasses.
Instead of just sending the child away or just prescribing some eye drops, Nila began to ask the child some more questions. She found out that at every spare moment the child was using an ipad, often for hours at a time.
We give you sound advice…
Nila was able to give some advice on how to use digital devices well and how often to take breaks to make sure the child had comfortable eyes.
